State Nuclear Power Group signed a nuclear cooperation agreement training with South Africa

Between February 25 to 26 February, the State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group and China Nuclear Energy Corporation attended the "China - South African Nuclear Cooperation Seminar" in Johannesburg, South Africa.
China's National Energy Administration, Chinese Economic and Commercial Counselor of the Embassy in South Africa, the South African Department of Energy and other officials attended the meeting.
Officials from the Safety Authority, 50 major enterprises of the nuclear power industry, and some 100 financial institutions representatives also attended the meeting dedicated to South Africa's nuclear power industry development history and future development planning.
The Chinese side discussed the following topics: China's third generation nuclear technology and nuclear power construction capability, nuclear safety regulatory system and strategic partnership between the two countries.
During the meeting, the chairman of the State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation Wang BingHua and South African Nuclear Energy Group, Mr. CEO Tshelane signed a "Nuclear Power Training Cooperation Agreement", to further promote nuclear cooperation between both countries.
