Alstom continued to expand in the Chinese nuclear power market

  2013 is Alstom's successful business year in China. The company won received the final acceptance certificate from China Guangdong Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. for Ling Ao Nuclear Power Station unit 4. So far, the Ling Ao Nuclear Power Station Phase II project, including three on the 4th unit, passed the warranty period, during which the unit is running at full capacity, and better than the guaranteed value of the contract.
  It is reported that since the signing of Ling Ao Phase II contract, Alstom continued to expand in China, participated Hongyanhe, Ningde, Taishan, Fuqing, Fang jiaShan and other nuclear power projects . Honyanhe 1 and Ningde 1 unit started their commercial operation in 2013. Ningde unit 2 was connected to the grid on January 4, 2014.
Alstom provided to China the most advanced steam turbine and generator products, included emergency diesel generators, pumps and liquid purification equipment and other equipment. It is particularly worth mentioning is that Alstom and China Dongfang Electric Group Co., Ltd. have realized successful strategic partnership from the CPR1000 and EPR to the AP1000 reactor.
