Yangjiang NPP Introduced All mechanical Equipment of 8 TEU Waste Processing System
On December 12, all 30 sets
of equipment of 8TEU waste processing system has been introduced to
Yangjiang nuclear island installation area, creating favorable
conditions for subsequent related installation and commissioning work.
TEU waste treatment system is primarily used for the purification of nuclear island waste generated during the operation process. Because changing of the design and equipment manufacturer as well as the type of equipment and the installation rooms, early installation of TEU equipment of Yangjiang NPP Units 3 +4 +8 has encountered many difficulties. However, after receiving the drawings, CNI-23(China Nuclear Industry 23 Construction Co., LTD) Yangjiang project department immediately checked and measured the position of the newly installed equipment, and clean out the introduction channel, creating a good working condition for the device introduction. Finally, They spent only one day introduced all 30 sets of devices into the nuclear island installation area.
