Chinese Company Wins the First Overseas Project of Hualong No. 1
On
April 2nd, Jiangsu Electric Power Construction No.3 Engineering Company
of China Energy Construction Group officially received the bid-winning
notice of the civil engineering, installation and construction project
of Pakistan Karachi Unit 2 & 3. The project was the first overseas
nuclear power project that adopts Hualong No.1 nuclear power technology.
Construction of Unit 2 is scheduled to be started on December 30th 2015 and construction period of units 2&3 will last for 52 months.
